KiwiSpeak AI is an invited, adult-only communication-coaching pilot operated by KiwiSpeak AI. Contact: d_raghu9@yahoo.com.
We collect your preferred name and email address for invitation and login, your adult declaration and consent record, selected learning goals and preferences, typed practice responses, structured learning observations, feedback, progress, support requests and minimum audit records.
We use it only to operate the invited pilot, provide coaching, show progress, protect the service, respond to support requests and improve the pilot through approved review.
We do not ask for payment or banking information, passwords, authentication codes, identity documents, date of birth, raw audio, or unnecessary sensitive personal information. Do not enter these details into the pilot.
The current pilot prototype supports text coaching. Any speech input or external provider will be disclosed before it is enabled and will require the controls in the public-release readiness gate. No external email, login or hosting provider is configured for this prototype.
Structured learning records and logs are retained for up to three months from creation. Raw audio is never retained. We do not sell personal information or use it to train external models. We share information only when needed to operate an approved service and will tell you about any such provider before it is enabled.
You may withdraw from the pilot, ask for access to your information, request correction or deletion, or make a complaint by emailing d_raghu9@yahoo.com. Withdrawal stops future coaching. We will explain any limited record that must be retained for a lawful or security purpose.
KiwiSpeak AI is an AI coaching pilot. It is not emergency, medical, legal, immigration, financial or employment advice. If you share a safety concern, the system may display help information and alert the pilot administrator, but it does not provide emergency monitoring.
